On the Main level, there is a Living Room (with fireplace) next to the Kitchen/Dining area. There is a Master Bedroom/Bath, Large covered porch, Large Deck in front. Upstairs has two bedrooms and bath. There is a Charcoal BBQ grill and firepit for the adventurous.

This home has it all and a small lake. Easy access. The community offers a Pavilion for family outings, 2 shuffleboard courts to entertain the family after a day of sightseeing or hiking trails. There is a large field for family fun and fishing, kayaking, and swimming in the small lake area. 5 minutes from several area attractions including 29 mile long Fontana lake with more than 240 miles of shoreline.

FREE public ramp to launch powerboats and canoes/kayaks. 15 minutes - Nantahala Outdoor Center for kayaking, rafting, zip-lining, and horseback riding! 15 minutes - restaurants, tourist shopping, and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad in Bryson City. 20 minutes - river tubing at Deep Creek. 25 minutes - casino at Cherokee for gambling or top name music performers.
