Mallard Cove is a spacious mountainside cabin on 3+ wooded acres with lake access on a 5-acre lake in Tobacco Branch Village. Bookings from this listing are for the main level only; other levels will be closed and unoccupied (the entire house can be rented via a separate listing). Features: living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining area, master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Outdoor amenities include a large covered rear porch, front deck, charcoal grill, and firepit.
Good to know
This listing is for one bedroom with kitchen, living room, and outdoor spaces. We'll block the rest of the house so it won't get booked. You'll have the place to yourself, but please only use one of the bedrooms. It's possible to rent the entire house and all bedrooms via separate listing.
Other Details to Note
We are dog lovers and want you to be able to bring your beloved dog with you to Mallard Cove. Please help us to allow this perk by following the following procedures and expectations regarding dogs. Dogs may be allowed with approval from hosts. Please indicate #, type, and a little about your dogs when requesting to book. No dogs are allowed in the bedrooms or on any furniture. Please do not allow to bark excessively or be allowed off leash when walking in the community common areas (large grass valley, the lake, or trails) in the valley. Always pick up after your dog. Dogs must be crated at night and when unattended. If you do not follow the pet rules, you will lose all or part of your deposit. There is a $60 one time pet fee, per dog, per stay. If undeclared, and you bring them without paying before arrival, you will be charged $450. PLEASE get our pre-approval and pay the pet fee. Thank you🐶
